Hello readers, today I bring you Del Shannon, or Charles Weedon Westover. He was born in 1934 in the US and died just recently in 1990.
He had a kind of one-hit wonder with a single called Runaway. Do you remember this classic? Check it out:

I bet you have heard it. The song is even featured in the 500 greatest songs of all time by Rolling Stone. It was released in 1961 and went to the top of the charts!
